Para protocolizar cualquier acto sobre transferencia, constitución o limitación de dominio de bienes inmuebles, el Notario o el que haga sus veces, exigirá a los otorgantes y lo insertará en el instrumento, el Certificado catastral expedido por la correspondiente Oficina de Catastro o por el Tesorero Municipal. El Notario se abstendrá de otorgar escritura sobre inmuebles cuyo precio de enajenación sea inferior al avalúo catastral vigente.
