Modifíquese el artículo 1° del Decreto número 1366 de 2020, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 1°. Objeto . El presente decreto tiene por objeto establecer disposiciones para el otorgamiento del registro sanitario de bebidas alcohólicas por parte del Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos (Invima) a los microempresarios que fabriquen, elaboren, hidraten y envasen bebidas alcohólicas en el territorio nacional”.
