Modificación documento. Los Oficiales, Suboficiales y Soldados Profesionales e Infantes de Marina Profesionales de las Fuerzas Militares que cambien de grado, bien sea por ascenso, retiro del servicio activo o promoción, solicitarán el cambio del documento de identificación militar correspondiente a su nuevo estado.

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.3.1.4.15.6. De los Ciudadanos que Pertenezcan al Sisbén. Los ciudadanos que acrediten pertenecer a los niveles, uno, dos o tres del Sisbén, que no sean aptos para prestar el servicio militar y sean clasificados, podrán obtener su tarjeta militar en las diferentes convocatorias que celebran las autoridades de Reclutamiento o acercándose al Distrito Militar donde se encuentren inscritos.
