De la procedencia de la acción contenciosa. Una vez agotada la vía gubernativa, el solicitante que no haya sido incluido en el Registro, podrá acudir ante la Jurisdicción de lo Contencioso Administrativa en ejercicio de la acción de nulidad y restablecimiento del derecho.
