En los Tribunales en que la presente Ley crea un Magistrado más, al ingresar este, se hará nuevo repartimiento de todos los negocios judiciales que estén al despacho.

Lo propio se hará en los Circuitos Judiciales en que se aumenta el número de los Jueces.
