Remisión Del Acto Administrativo Notificado Y Ejecutoriado Que Resuelve Las Solicitudes Que Amparan El Riesgo De Invalidez

Remisión del acto administrativo notificado y ejecutoriado que resuelve las solicitudes que amparan el riesgo de invalidez. Una vez notificado y ejecutoriado el acto administrativo definitivo que resuelve las solicitudes de reconocimientos pensionales, auxilios, indemnizaciones por enfermedad profesional, por accidente de trabajo y sustitutivas de pensión y las demás que por disposición legal reconoce el Fondo, la entidad territorial certificada en educación deberá subir y remitir este acto administrativo inmediatamente a la plataforma dispuesta para tal fin.
