Artículo primero. El Acuerdo número 2 de 1969 (febrero 15), originario del Consejo Intendencial de Arauca, sobre presupuesto de rentas y gastos para la vigencia fiscal 1969 - 1970, quedará así: "ACUERDO NUMERO 2 DE 1969 (febrero 15) por el cual se fija el presupuesto de rentas y gastos de la Intendencia Nacional de Arauca, para la vigencia fiscal comprendida entre el primero (1º) de abril de 1969 y el treinta y uno (31) de marzo de 1970. El Consejo Intendencial de Arauca, en uso de sus atribuciones legales, ACUERDA:
