Auto de apertura de investigación. Presentado por el Secretario Ejecutivo el informe, la Junta procederá de inmediato a ordenar la apertura de la investigación disciplinaria, mediante auto motivado en el cual señalará la conducta presuntamente violatoria del Régimen Disciplinario, la identidad del inculpado y los elementos probatorios allegados al proceso sobre la existencia del hecho y la presunta responsabilidad. Dicho auto se comunicará al inculpado y a la Procuraduría General de la Nación.
