En los casos de retiro del Oficial o Suboficial por separación absoluta como consecuencia de sentencia condenatoria en materia penal o disciplinaria, y por condena judicial para los Soldados e Infantes de Marina, se expedirá "Tarjeta de Reservista de Primera Clase" con el último grado que hubiere tenido en servicio activo y fotografía en traje de civil. Cuando el retiro del Oficial, Suboficial y Soldado e Infante de Marina se produzca por sanción disciplinaria, se expedirá Cédula Militar o Tarjeta de Identificación Militar, con el último grado que hubiere tenido en servicio activo y fotografía en traje de civil.
