°. Modifícase el artículo 2° del Decreto 2783 de 2001 el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 2°. Cálculos actuariales de las Entidades sometidas al control y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Financiera en condición de empleadores. A partir del año gravable 2009, en la elaboración de los cálculos actuariales de que trata el artículo 113 del Estatuto Tributario las entidades sometidas al control y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, en condición de empleadores, deberán seguir las bases técnicas establecidas en el artículo 1° del presente decreto”.
