El Ministerio de Transporte podrá autorizar hasta por el término de sesenta (60) días hábiles a los propietarios de los vehículos vinculados a la empresa cuya habilitación haya sido cancelada, para seguir prestando el servicio público de transporte en las rutas autorizadas y servidas por la empresa.
