Para hacer eficaces las obligaciones que conforme a esta Ley tienen las personas y entidades particulares, el Director General y los Subalternos de Estadística pueden imponer multas en los casos de resistencia o mora por más de un mes en el cumplimiento de la respectiva obligación, salvo impedimento justificado.

Parágrafo

El Director General, en los casos de este Artículo, puede imponer multas de uno a veinticinco pesos oro, y los Directores Subalternos pueden imponerlas de uno a diez pesos oro.
