SANEAMIENTO DE TERRENOS DESTINADOS PARA LA CONSTRUCCION. Antes de comenzar la construcción de cualquier edificación se procederá al saneamiento del terreno escogido. En caso de presentarse infestación por roedores u otras plagas, se procederá a la exterminación de las mismas y a construir las defensas necesarias para garantizar la seguridad de la edificación contra este tipo de riesgos.
