Art. 160. El que no tiene domicilio fijo puede ser demandado en el lugar donde se encuentre; y cuando ocurran en varios lugares, con respecto á un mismo individuo, circunstancias constitutivas de domicilio civil, pueden ser demandado en cualquiera de ellos.
