Inspección, vigilancia y control . El cumplimiento de las funciones propias del Fondo de Garantías de Entidades Cooperativas estará sujeto a la vigilancia y control de la Superintendencia Bancaria, quien contará al efecto con las facultades establecidas para la inspección, vigilancia y control de las entidades financieras sometidas a su vigilancia.
