Art. 2.º Las empresas telegráficas que se establezcan en el territorio nacional, a que hace referencia el artículo anterior, se reputan de utilidad pública. En consecuencia, quedan exentas de toda clase de impuestos i contribuciones nacionales i de los Estados.
