Articulo 5º . Si se estimare conveniente hacer la conversión por dichos bonos de las libranzas por $ 500,000 a cargo de los Ferrocarriles y descontadas por el Banco de la República, podrá llevarse a cabo tal conversión emitiendo para ello $ 1.000,000 más en los referidos bonos y ofreciéndolos a los deudores de los bancos en la misma forma establecida para los otros $ 6.000,000.
