º . Inscripción. Los responsables del impuesto al consumo de cigarrillos de fabricación nacional o de procedencia extranjera deberán inscribirse ante las Secretarías de Hacienda de los Departamentos o del Distrito Capital de Santafé de Bogotá, correspondientes al lugar donde expendan sus productos y registrarán los precios de distribución de cada una de las marcas de cigarrillos que vendan o distribuyan y las modificaciones que se hagan a los mismos, de conformidad con el decreto 214 de 1969.
