El Ministerio del Trabajo entregará al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores la información a ser intercambiada con otros Estados en relación con la prevención, reporte y respuesta a accidentes mayores que puedan tener impacto transfronterizo, de conformidad con lo establecido en la Ley 1950 de 2019.
