La Comisión Asesora tendrá un Secretario, abogado titulado, que designará el Gobierno Nacional, con las siguientes funciones: Asistir a las sesiones de Comisión y llevar las actas; coordinar todos los servicios necesarios a la Comisión y a los Comités de Expertos para el desarrollo de sus trabajos; coordinar el trabajo de las Secretarías de los Comités de Especialistas.
