º Inscripción como profesor militar. Los oficiales y suboficiales que reúnan los requisitos para ser inscritos como profesores militares en cualquiera de los ramos enumerados en el artículo anterior y dentro de las categorías determinadas en el Artículo 9º de este Decreto, deben elevar sus solicitud al Comando competente, adjuntando los documentos que acrediten el lleno de tales requisitos.
