Destinase la suma de diez mil pesos ($ 10,000) para la reconstrucción del Puente Real , sobre el río Salazar, a las afueras de la ciudad del mismo nombre (Departamento Norte de Santander) y en la vía nacional que conduce a Pamplona y Bucaramanga.

Parágrafo

De los fondos de la Carretera Central del Norte se tomaran los dineros suficientes para terminar los trayectos de carretera que han de unir con aquella vía a las poblaciones de Bochalema, Córdoba y Pamplonita, y los dineros para el Puente Real de Salazar de que habla este artículo, se tomarán de la suma destinada a la carretera de Cúcuta al Magdalena.
