Matricula, registro y control de naves . La Dirección General Marítima y Portuaria se regirá por lo estipulado en el Código de Comercio para efectos de matrícula, registro y control de naves.

Parágrafo

El número de matrícula de una nave o artefacto naval es el de inscripción en el registro correspondiente.
