Clasificación De Las Sanciones

Ley 836 de 2003 · por la cual se expide el reglamento del Régimen Disciplinario para las Fuerzas Militares.

Separación absoluta. Para oficiales, suboficiales y soldados voluntarios o profesionales cuando incurran en falta gravísima dolosa.

Suspensión hasta por noventa (90) días sin derecho a remuneración. Se aplicará a oficiales, suboficiales y soldados voluntarios o profesionales que incurran en falta grave o gravísima. En ningún caso se computará como tiempo de servicio.

Reprensión simple, formal o severa. Se aplicará a oficiales, suboficiales y soldados cuando incurran en faltas leves.
