Artículo quinto. Los cursos de capacitación a que se refiere el
del artículo 1º de la Ley 8ª de 1971 y este Decreto, se dictarán en los Servicios Seccionales de Salud en la ciudades que establezca el Ministerio de Salud Pública y tendrán una intensidad horaria no inferior a 88 horas de clase, y si fuere necesario se dictarán en las horas de la noche.
