Ley 35 de 1873 · Por la cual se concede una pensión a Manuela i Micaela Seabright, hijas lejítimas del militar de la Independencia señor Carlos Seabright

Artículo único . Concédese una pension, pagadera del Tesoro público, de veinticinco pesos mensuales, a Manuela i Micaela Seabright, hijas lejítimas del militar de la Independencia señor Cárlos Seabright, por el tiempo que duren solteras.

Parágrafo 1

Dicha pension será distribuida proporcionalmente entre las dos, i acrecerá a la una por muerte o casamiento de la otra.

Parágrafo 2

° Para los electos del pago se asimilan a los militares de la Independencia.
