Del costo de los trámites. De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 9º, literal q) de la Ley 10 de 1990, corresponde al Ministerio de Salud mediante resolución motivada, fijar anualmente el valor que se cobrará por los trámites que conlleve el reconocimiento de personería jurídica.
