De las instituciones de origen canónico. Para efectos del presente Decreto, son instituciones de origen canónico dedicadas a salud. las fundaciones o instituciones de utilidad común y las asociaciones o corporaciones sin ánimo de lucro, a las cuales las autoridades eclesiásticas competentes les hayan otorgado y otorguen personería jurídica y que se rigen en su organización y funcionamiento por el Derecho Canónico.
