º. Las disposiciones de este Decreto serán aplicables en todo el territorio de la República. Las funciones señaladas al Departamento de Investigación e Identificación se hacen extensivas a las Secciones de Seguridad Departamentales o Municipales, y donde éstas no existan, a los Alcaldes.
