El auxilio anterior se le entregara a los directores del mencionado conjunto, y era en el presupuesto nacional en la vigencia del presente año autorizase al gobierno nacional para que se haga las traslaciones, créditos y contra créditos necesarios para darle cumplimiento a ese auxilio.
