La partida destinada por la Ley 56 de 1912 para celebrar la llegada a Cali del ferrocarril del Cauca, se invertirá en la construcción del acueducto de dicha ciudad; la mitad de dicha partida se incluirá en el Presupuesto de gastos de 1914, y el resto en el de 1915.
