OBLIGACIONES DE LOS SERVIDORES PUBLICOS: Todas las autoridades públicas deberán suministrar la información necesaria para el efectivo cumplimiento de las funciones del personero, sin que le sea posible oponer reserva alguna. La negativa o negligencia de un servidor público a colaborar o que impida el desarrollo de las funciones del personero constituirá causal de mala conducta sancionada por la destitución del cargo.

Parágrafo

: El personero está obligado a guardar la reserva de los informes que le suministren en los casos establecidos por la ley.
