° A partir del primero de noviembre próximo, auméntase en uno el número de los Liquidadores Primeros de la Sección 1ª de la Administración de Hacienda Nacional de Cundinamarca, el cual devengará el sueldo asignado a los empleados de su categoría en el Decreto número 1110 de 1941 (junio 19), y desempeñará las funciones de liquidación a ellos señaladas.
