Las sanciones de que tratan los artículos anteriores se disminuirán hasta en las dos terceras partes, y aun podrá otorgarse el perdón judicial, si el responsable se retracta de la declaración falsa o confiesa la simulación antes de que se califique el sumario respectivo, cuando se trate de asunto criminal, o antes de que se pronuncie sentencia de primera instancia en los demás casos.
