Constituirá quórum de las asambleas generales la mayoría absoluta de las personas convocadas y las decisiones se tomarán por mayoría de votos de los asistentes. En caso de que no se integre el quórum establecido por este artículo, el Director del ICFES señalará día y hora para nuevas asambleas generales, en las cuales constituirá quórum la tercera parte de las personas convocadas a la primera reunión y las decisiones se tomarán por la mayoría de los asistentes.
