Disposiciones finales. Las asociaciones de municipios que ya existen, quedan sometidas al régimen establecido en el presente decreto en cuanto se ajusten a los fines previstos en el inciso 3° del artículo 198 de la Constitución Nacional y a la ley que por el presente decreto se reglamenta.
