Decreto 3046 de 1997 · por el cual se fijan los derechos que se deben pagar por concepto de la concesión, explotación y utilización del espectro radioeléctrico en las actividades y servicios de telecomunicaciones que utilicen sistemas de acceso troncalizado y se establecen otros derechos tarifarios.
