Las empresas de transporte público terrestre automotor de pasajeros por carretera, podrán contratar con personas jurídicas la prestación del servicio de transporte especial por carretera con sus vehículos de servicio regular siempre y cuando cumplan con los requisitos establecidos por el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito y no se interfieran los servicios regulares autorizados.
