De toda conferencia, disertación, boletín noticioso o informativo, etc., que se transmita por radio, se conservará en la estación respectiva el texto escrito, firmado y autenticado por quien haga la transmisión. El propietario, administrador o gerente de la estación queda obligado a conservar estos originales debidamente legajados, y a ponerlos a disposición de las autoridades cuando se necesite establecer responsabilidad por violación de las leyes o simplemente para vigilar el cumplimiento de las disposiciones que reglamentan esta materia.
