Permanencia de bienes en el Fondo. En ningún caso los predios que hayan ingresado al Fondo de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión de Restitución de Tierras Despojadas estarán por más de seis (6) meses en el Banco de Predios. Por lo tanto, si pasado dicho término no han sido seleccionados por las víctimas para su compensación, deberá decidirse sobre su destinación de acuerdo a los procedimientos que al efecto apruebe el Consejo Directivo de la Unidad.
