REGLAMENTO INTERNO. Cada centro de reclusión tendrá su propio reglamento de régimen interno, expedido por el respectivo Director del centro de reclusión y previa aprobación del Director del Inpec. Para este efecto el Director deberá tener en cuenta la categoría del establecimiento a su cargo y las condiciones ambientales. Así mismo tendrá como apéndice confidencial, los planes de defensa, seguridad y emergencia. Toda reforma del reglamento interno, deberá ser aprobada por la Dirección del Inpec.
