Extiéndese la exención de que trata el inciso segundo del artículo 9° de la Ley 50 de 1984 , a todas las importaciones de fertilizantes y a las de sus materias primas, siempre y cuando, en este último caso, la importación se efectúe por las empresas productoras de fertilizantes.
