Vigencia. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y modifica en lo pertinente el Decreto 4712 de 2008, Decreto 4048 de 2008 y el artículo 8° del Decreto 5021 de 2009, en lo relacionado al control disciplinario que ejerce el Director de la Unidad, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 16 del presente decreto.
