El manejo de los fondos provenientes de la venta o arrendamiento de los ejidos o predios urbanos y rurales a que se refiere esta Ley, estará a cargo de los respectivos Tesoreros Municipales y el movimiento de entradas e inversión de ellos, sujeto a los requisitos legales y de control que rigen para los fondos comunes de los fiscos municipales.
