La Tarjeta Profesional será firmada por el Ministerio de Justicia y contendrá las indicaciones señaladas en el artículo 16 de este Decreto. Esta Tarjeta sustituye, para todos los efectos legales, al Carné de inscripción Profesional de que trata el artículo 21 del Decreto 250 de 1970. El Gobierno reglamentará la forma de llevar el Registro Nacional de Abogados y la expedición y entrega de la Tarjeta Profesional.
