De conformidad con los contratos celebrados por el Gobierno Nacional con el Banco de la República, calcúlense los ingresos extraordinarios de la Nación, para el año de 1934 en la suma de un millón doscientos noventa y nueve mil pesos ($ 1.299.000), así:
