De otros requisitos. A la solicitud a que se refiere el artículo anterior, anexar lo siguiente

a)

Informe resumido del plaguicida comercial o de los ingredientes. Este informe debe comprender propiedades físico-químicas, mecanismos de acción, documentos sobre pruebas de toxicidad, metodología para la disposición final de desechos y medidas de prevención;

b)

Proyecto de etiqueta o rótulo;

c)

Información sobre destino sanitario final que deberá darse a envases y empaques. y

d)

Indicaciones sobre eliminación de residuos en alimentos.
