Mientras subsista el estado de sitio, las infracciones previstas en este decreto y cometidas a partir de su vigencia se investigaran por la justicia castrense, según el procedimiento especial previsto en el artículo 590 del código de justicia penal militar. Corresponde a los jueces de primera instancia contemplados en los artículos 330 336 y 342 del mencionado código ejercer la facultad de juzgar a civiles o particulares mediante el procedimiento especial a que se refiere el inicio anterior.
