Investigaciones y análisis sobre sustancias perecederas. Cuando las investigaciones y análisis recaigan sobre sustancias u objetos que se consuman al ser analizados, los peritos, al realizar el primer examen, lo harán sólo sobre parte de esa materia y conservarán el resto para el caso de que sean necesarios nuevos dictámenes, a menos que la cantidad de que dispongan sea tan pequeña que tengan que utilizarla toda. En este evento la utili zaran dejando constancia de la cantidad de que disponían.
