Artículo único. A partir del 1° de septiembre próximo, el porte de los radiotelegramas privados de servicio ordinario que se dirijan de un lugar a otro de la República, inclusive la isla de San Andrés, se liquidará y cobrará a razón de cinco centavos por cada palabra. Queda así reformado el primer inciso del artículo 1° del Decreto número 878 de 18 de mayo de 1931.
